In-Home Services are available in the following counties:

- Baltimore County
- Harford County
- Anne Arundel County
- Howard County
- Carroll County

For clients outside of these listed counties, a $50.00 Trip Charge will apply to cover additional travel expenses. Stinefelt Solutions remains dedicated to delivering quality service and technology care within our service area, ensuring fairness to all our valued clients.


Stinefelt Solutions is committed to providing comprehensive technology solutions. We offer data backups on a per-request basis, where clients are billed at a rate of $100.00 per 1 Gigabyte of data, with an additional charge of $25.00 per extra 1 Gigabyte of data. While we strive to safeguard your data, it's important to note that data may become corrupt or lost during the course of our services.

We always offer our Data Backup service to protect your valuable information. However, if a client chooses to decline this service, they acknowledge and understand that Stinefelt Solutions is not responsible for any potential data loss. Our team works diligently to protect your data, but in certain cases, data loss may be unavoidable, especially when resolving complex system issues.
